Professional Background
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent several years deepening my understanding of how childhood experiences can shape people's present-day lives. Alongside this, I developed a
strong focus on the connection between the mind and body, and how they influence one another.
Therapeutic Philosophy
I use a relational approach, which means building a professional therapeutic relationship between yourself and I is the core foundation of my practice.
The therapeutic approach that I use is to draw different therapeutic modalities to best suit your needs, to safely help you with your life journey. The main approach that I specialise in is Psychodynamic Therapy. This approach means exploring how your past experiences, particularly in childhood, is shaping you current life experiences.

why 'head to heart'?
Being in autopilot day to night leaves people feeling stuck and operating from the head. Shifting that stuckness may help people operating synergistically from the head to heart.
So, developing the head and heart coherence may enable people to function at their best capacity, through an internal wisdom. This is where the organisation name Head to Heart comes from. It symbolises the coherent connection between the head and heart, to navigate through difficult life challenges.
The Head to heart approach
I approach this work with sincerity, care, and respect. You won’t be rushed. You won’t be judged.
And you won’t be expected to be anything other than yourself.
