These Terms & Conditions outline how I offer counselling and psychotherapy services through Head To Heart Therapy. When you book a session, you agree to the terms below.

My Role

I offer Integrative Psychotherapy to adults aged 18+, using a relational and psychodynamic approach. Sessions are confidential, ethical, and aligned with BACP standards.

Session Length & Fees

Each session lasts 50 minutes
A single session is £60
Payment is required before the session commences. Prepayment only.
Fees may be reviewed periodically with notice

Therapy Packages

Single Session - One 50-minute session at £60.
Package of 5 - Five sessions at £60 each, with the sixth session at half price (£30).
Total: £330
Package of 10 - Ten sessions at £60 each, with the eleventh session free.
Total: £600

Package Terms for Head to heart therapy

Packages must be paid in full before the first session
Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the person who purchased them
Packages are not refundable once the first session has taken place
A 5-session package should ideally be used within 12 weeks
A 10-session package should ideally be used within 24 weeks

Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed or late-cancelled sessions are charged in full
Missed or late-cancelled sessions count toward package totals

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, it will be rescheduled with no charge to you.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within therapy at Head To Heart Therapy remains confidential except where:

There is serious risk of harm
The law requires disclosure
Material is discussed in supervision (with your identity protected)
I will always try to discuss any necessary disclosure with you first.

Communication

I can be contacted via email, text, or video call for administrative purposes. Therapeutic support itself takes place within scheduled sessions only.

Ending Therapy

You may end therapy at any time.
Unused package sessions are non-refundable once the package has begun.
A planned ending is encouraged to support a safe and contained close to the work.

Professional Standards

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and follow their Ethical Framework.

Emergencies

I do not provide crisis services.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services, your GP, or your local crisis team.

Agreement

Booking a session confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions for Head To Heart Therapy
